| The following rules, regulations and
conditions of membership in Phillips Pond Fishing Club are in effect for
the year 2010. By applying for membership and signing this application
the Member agrees to abide by all rules, regulations and conditions set
forth hereon. This is a one year, non-exclusive, fishing rights lease
agreement to Phillips Pond.
1.
A “Member” shall be the person in whose name the application
is completed; also all dependent (as defined by Internal Revenue
Service) members of this person’s family are Members. (List
names on back of application.)
2.
The annual fee for Membership is $495.00.
3.
All annual Memberships end March 1. Memberships purchased from
August 15 through November 30 are half priced, but terminate March 1.
Memberships purchased after Dec. 1 have free fishing until their new
season begins the following March 1.

A Member may bring up to two non-member guests up to a total of
six days per month. Guests must be in the presence of a Member (same
boat or dock). One cannot “send” a guest alone. Guests are subject
to the same rules, regulations and conditions as Members. It is the duty
of the Member to inform guests of rules, regulations and conditions.
Corporate Memberships are available; please ask for details.
5.
LIMITS for 2010: 1 bass over 18 inches and up
to 20 bass less than 14 inches per day. 30 bluegill and shellcracker
combined per day. Return undersized bream and shellcracker
to pond. No limit on catfish. No limits on redbreasted
sunfish, warmouth, or crappie; remove all caught from pond. Also remove
all rough fish (shiners, carp, etc.) Limits
are subject to change in future years based on biologists’
recommendations and Members’ comments and practices.
6.
No limit on horsepower; however, no wake when other boats are
present or within 100 ft. of the boat ramp.
7.
No personal watercraft, Jet Skis, water skiing, swimming, or unmuffled
motors.
8.
Absolutely no firearms permitted, for the safety of other
fishermen and livestock on land bordering pond.
9.
Take out ALL litter. Help keep our resource from looking like a
public area.
10.
Picnic shed may be reserved up to 2 months in advance. Call to
prevent disappointment from it being in use when you expected to use it.
Picnic shed is reserved for exclusive use of person reserving that
campsite. Report any problems with restroom immediately. Please rinse
down fish cleaning shed table, drain, and floor after use.
11.
Camper hitch-ups may be used three days in a year without fee by
members with prior reservation; there is a $7.00 per day fee for
subsequent days to defray costs of installation, maintenance and
utilities.
12.
Boat shed slips may be available for use at boat owner’s risk.
Fee is $10 per month with six month min., paid in advance.
13.
No excessive alcohol use, profanity, loud or boisterous behavior.
Please report poor behavior to management.
14.
Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Parking permit
must be clearly visible in windshield of vehicle. Vehicles without
permit may be towed away at owner’s expense.
15.
Violation of any listed rule, regulation or condition may be
cause for revocation of membership rights and forfeiture of fees paid. |
